Feed access pre-requisites
This service uses Axos Advisor Services (AAS) data download to obtain account information.

Users must have a registered relationship with Axos Advisor Services.

Accounts custodied by Axos Advisor Services which are visible in the Liberty portal are eligible for this feed.

Step 1: Contact your Axos Advisor Services Client Services Advocate to initiate the request of getting data added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Contact your Axos Advisor Services Client Services Advocate to initiate this request.
Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Axos will request a completed 'Third-Party Export Request' form, available on the Axos website.
- For Recipient, select Morningstar > ByAllAccounts.

Step 2: Once setup is complete, Axos Advisor Services will provide both you and ByAllAccounts with your assigned Export ID, which is required to configure the data within ByAllAccounts.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Feed password delivery details

ByAllAccounts Password Email Subject	ByAllAccounts/Axos Advisor Services - SFTP [ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number]
ByAllAccounts Password Email Sender	[email protected]
ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: Export ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one export ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.

Additional Feed Information

All account types custodied by Axos Advisor Services are eligible for this feed. This includes Liberty accounts, accessed through https://app.axosadvisorservices.com/liberty.
