Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisites
Any firms that have current investments in Citizen Mint, or are planning to make an investment, are eligible.
Step 1: Email Alyssa Luttrell at [email protected] and request that your data be set up for daily file extracts to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

- Subject Line: ByAllAccounts Data Feed Request - Requesting Firm Name
- Name of Requesting Firm
- Name of the Point of Contact for the Firm
- Email Address of the Point of Contact for the Firm
- The default setup will be to have one User ID set up representing all accounts requested for feed access for a Firm, and only one Point of Contact will be needed.
- If multiple groups of accounts are to be set up within a firm (i.e. multiple advisors), each group will be assigned their own User ID. We will need to know the Point of Contact's Name and Email Address associated with each group of accounts.
- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Step 2: Citizen Mint will confirm that the setup is complete and reply to you and ByAllAccounts with your User ID(s).
Step 3: Email [email protected] to request feed setup.
Required information

| Requesting Firm Point of Contact | The first and last name of the Point of Contact requesting the feed setup. |
| Requesting Firm Point of Contact Email Address | The email address of the Point of Contact requesting the setup. |
| Advisory Firm | The registered name of the Firm requesting the feed setup. |
| Technology Platform Provider | The platform receiving data via ByAllAccounts on behalf of the advisor. This could be a portfolio management platform, financial planning software, CRM, etc. It might also be referenced as third party partner or redistributor. |
| User ID | A unique identifier that allows ByAllAccounts identify which accounts should be associated with a given user. |
| ByAllAccounts User Email Address | The email address for the BAA user who will use the feed credentials to aggregate accounts after setup. This email will receive the feed password in step 4. |
Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: User ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one User ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
