Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Advisors/Firms should contact their relationship manager at U.S. Bank to request their data get added to the files prepared for ByAllAccounts on the Morningstar's STFP server.
Step 2: Once complete, U.S. Bank will provide the Advisor/Firm with a Client Identifier (used to configure data at Morningstar ByAllAccounts) and copy ByAllAccounts ([email protected]).
Step 3: The Advisor/Firm should notify their normal aggregation support channel once these steps have been completed and confirm who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for us to send the feed password to.
Step 4: ByAllAccounts will confirm data has been successfully added to the feed, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address provided. The password is to be used along with the Client Identifier (provided by US Bank) for setting up accounts for aggregation in AccountView.
Step 5: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 6: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 7: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Client Identifier
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one Client Identifier, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
