Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Contact the Janney Data Feed team at [email protected] to request that your data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed. Janney will provide the required agreements for completion and signature.
Request Requirement Details
- Electronic Data Feed Agreement: completed and signed by an authorized representative of the counterparty.
- Client Consent (Authorization) Form: completed and signed by each affected Janney account holder.
- New data feeds are typically established within 30–90 days after the required paperwork has been submitted.
- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request.
Step 2: Janney Montgomery Scott LLC will complete the request and provide a File Name (this will be used to configure data at ByAllAccounts).
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Janney Montgomery Scott LLC - SFTP Access File Name
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one File Name, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.

Additional Information
To add accounts and/or remove accounts to an existing feed:
Account holder(s) must contact Janney directly at [email protected] to complete and sign a Client Consent (Authorization) Form.
Important: Counter parties should work directly with Janney, not ByAllAccounts, to obtain the required forms and submit account add/remove requests.
