Feed access pre-requisites

Advisors/Third party managers not registered at BNY Mellon with managing discretion over the accounts will require the account holder to grant permission. BNY Mellon will assist with that process.

Accounts held here consist of 11 digits and begin with a number (primarily starts with 1).

These accounts typically do not hold global currencies and are USD based.

Global Wealth Management accounts are not supported by BNY for feed access at this time.

Step 1: Advisors/Third party managers should contact the Customer Service Representative at BNY Mellon and request to get setup with daily file extracts on the Morningstar ByAllAccounts direct feed.

Additional Details

BNY Mellon will ask the Advisor for a list of accounts to be added (this should be provided in a password protected format).
BNY Mellon may require additional paperwork to complete this request.
It may take BNY Mellon a couple of weeks to complete your setup on the feed.

Step 2: BNY Mellon will confirm feed setup completion and provide the FTP User ID directly to the Advisor.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: FTP User ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one FTP User ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
