This feed is temporarily unavailable to new users. UBS now requires a data access agreement that Morningstar’s Legal team cannot currently approve as written. We have submitted redline changes; however, UBS has indicated that the most effective path forward is for clients to raise this concern directly with their UBS Financial Advisor or branch representative, who can then escalate the request for the PowerUser feed team to work with Morningstar on the agreement review.

Onboarding Instructions

Step 1: Email UBS at [email protected] to request a new Child Routing Code and request that your data be set up for daily file extracts to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.

Step 2: UBS will confirm and provide the Child Routing Code to the Advisors/Firms and Morningstar ByAllAccounts.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Username: Routing Code
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one Advisor Profile, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
