Feed access pre-requisites

This feed captures data at the sub firm level. For Rep Level Data, please use the instructions at Wells Fargo Advisors - Financial Advisors - First Clearing SFTP.

For Money Manager, please use the instructions at Wells Fargo Advisors - Money Manager - First Clearing SFTP.

Step 1: Advisors must contact [email protected] to request getting added to Morningstar ByAllAccounts direct feed.

• Wells Fargo may require additional paperwork to be completed.
• Wells Fargo may request a list of the accounts to verify that they are eligible for the feed.
• The Advisor may be required to involve their clients for signatures depending on what paperwork WF already has in place for these relationships.
• Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.

Step 2: Once the feed setup is complete, Wells Fargo will provide a confirmation to the Advisor and ByAllAccounts of the Sub Firm Number.

• ByAllAccounts requires the Sub Firm Number to complete data configuration in their system.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
