Feed access pre-requisites
This service uses a special ByAllAccounts-specific feed to get information for an advisor or firm's Orange Bank and Trust account holders. To establish a data feed between Orange Bank and Trust and ByAllAccounts, contact your Orange Bank and Trust Relationship Manager. A release form authorizing Orange Bank and Trust to transmit data to ByAllAccounts is required and must be signed by someone listed as an authorized contact.

Onboarding Instructions

Step 1: The user (asset manager/advisor) should contact their Orange Bank and Trust representative and ask that their data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: A release form authorizing Orange Bank and Trust to transmit data to ByAllAccounts is required and must be signed by someone listed as an authorized contact.

Step 3: Orange Bank and Trust will set up the downloads and provide uses with an Office Code.

Step 4: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 5: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 6: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: Office Code
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one Office Code, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise
