Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisitesThis feed only applies to accounts held with Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners.
Accounts associated with Brown Brothers Harriman Investor Services (Inserv) are not supported by this feed.
Step 1: Contact the Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners Feed Team to request that your accounts are added to the "Morningstar ByAllAccounts Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners - SFTP" feed.

- The Feed Team can be contacted by sending an email to [email protected] for this request. Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request.
- Brown Brothers will advise on necessary requirements for adding client data to the feed. This may include LOA's, Account Maintenance requests, and other relevant forms.
Step 2: Once the setup is complete, Brown Brothers Harriman will provide you with your Recipient ID that is required to configure data within our system.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners Recipient ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one Recipient ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
