AXOS Clearing SFTP - Broker Dealer Level Access

This feed is intended explicitly for Introducing Broker Dealers (IBD) contracted/affiliated with Axos Clearing.

Onboarding Instructions

Step 1: Email [email protected] to request your accounts to be added to the "Morningstar ByAllAccounts Axos Clearing – SFTP Broker Dealer Level" feed.

Please contact the Axos Conversions/Implementations Group at [email protected]. They will assist you with completing the necessary paperwork to establish the feed.
Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.

Step 2: Once the setup is complete, Axos Conversions/Implementations Group will provide you with your assigned Sub_No.

Step 3: Email [email protected] to request feed setup.

Required information

Email Subject	"Axos Clearing - SFTP Broker Dealer Level - Feed Setup Request - Firm (Technology Platform Provider)"
Requestor	The first and last name of the firm personnel requesting the feed setup.
Requesting Email Address	The email address of the firm personnel requesting the setup.
Firm	The Introducing Broker Dealer firm affiliated with Axos Clearing.
Technology Platform Provider	The platform receiving data via ByAllAccounts on behalf of the requestor. This could be a portfolio management platform, financial planning software, CRM, etc. It might also be referenced as third party partner or redistributor.
Axos Clearing Sub_No	This unique authorization ID allows ByAllAccounts to entitle the correct set of firm-level accounts at Axos Clearing.
ByAllAccounts User Email Address	The email address for the BAA user who will use the feed credentials to aggregate accounts after setup. This email will receive the feed password in step 4.

Step 4: Once the setup is complete, Axos Conversions/Implementations Group will notify ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
