Feed access pre-requisites
Pinnacle Private Ventures (PPV) is a private investment operating company specializing in alternative asset custody accepting personal funds and qualified accounts, such as SDIRA and 401K. This connection utilizes Pinnacle Private Ventures’ custodial feed prepared for Morningstar ByAllAccounts for account data, sent to Morningstar ByAllAccounts via a nightly SFTP file push.
Advisors/Firms must have an established relationship with Pinnacle Private Ventures to utilize this data feed.

Step 1: Any Advisor/Firm requiring access to this feed should reach out to Cory Epperson ([email protected]) with your request and provide your representative name, email address, and phone number in order to maintain reliable communication. Please note that it may take up to two weeks to fulfill your request.

Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.

Step 2: Once setup is complete, Pinnacle Private Ventures will send a confirmation to both the Advisor/Firm and Morningstar ByAllAccounts along with a custom PPV ID.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: PPV ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one PPV ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
