Onboarding Instructions

🚧

Feed access pre-requisites

  • Only accounts available through my.statestreet.com are supported by this feed.
  • Eligible accounts generally have four-digit alphanumeric account numbers.
  • Users must log in to the mystatestreet.com website once every 60 days to keep their reports active. If more than 60 days passes, the reports will become inactive and your accounts will fail aggregation in ByAllAccounts.

Step 1: The requesting Advisor/Firm should contact their daily service team at State Street to request:

  • Creation of a new set of SFTP credentials to a State Street-hosted SFTP/FTP location (separate from any existing my.statstreet.com credentials) and enablement of files being pushed from my.statestreet.com to the SFTP location.
  • Only the .CSV Holdings and Transactions files are needed for aggregation and should follow the following format:
    • Holdings: Positions_MMddyyyy.CSV
    • Transactions: Cash Statement_MMddyyyy.CSV
  • The files delivered should be scheduled for delivery Monday through Sunday at 5:00 am EST.

Step 2: As part of the SFTP setup, State Street will request the ByAllAccounts 2048-bit public SSH key. Contact [email protected] to receive the required SSH key, which can then be shared with State Street.

Step 3: Once setup is complete, State Street will provide the Advisor/Firm with the SFTP User ID and password for the State Street–hosted SFTP location.

Step 4: State Street will assist the Advisor/Firm in configuring the reports to be delivered to the SFTP location according to the agreed schedule.

Step 5: Enter your State Street SFTP credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
