State Street - SFTP Access

Feed access pre-requisites

• Only accounts available through my.statestreet.com are supported by this feed.
• Eligible accounts generally have four-digit alphanumeric account numbers.

Step 1: The requesting Advisor/Firm should contact their daily service team at State Street to request:

• Creation of a new set of SFTP credentials to a State Street-hosted SFTP/FTP location (separate from any existing my.statstreet.com credentials), and
• Enablement of files being pushed from my.statstreet.com to the SFTP location.
  • The files delivered should include holdings and transaction data and be scheduled for delivery Monday through Sunday at 5:00 am EST.

Step 2: As part of the SFTP setup, State Street will request the ByAllAccounts 2048-bit public SSH key. Contact [email protected] to receive the required SSH key, which can then be shared with State Street.

Step 3: Once setup is complete, State Street will provide the Advisor/Firm with the SFTP User ID and password for the State Street–hosted SFTP location.

Step 4: State Street will assist the Advisor/Firm in configuring the reports to be delivered to the SFTP location according to the agreed schedule.

Step 5: Enter your State Street SFTP credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
