Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisites
- Users must be registered on Aspida's distribution platform.
- Eligible users are agents or principal agents of an agency. If an agency requests access, the principal agent acting on behalf of the agency will receive access.
- To qualify for data file delivery, the user must be the licensed writing agent on at least one issued Aspida annuity policy.
- Customers and other non-agent users are not eligible. Banking accounts are not eligible.
Step 1: Email [email protected] and request that your data be set up for daily file extracts to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

- Name of Requesting Firm
- National Producer Number of Requesting Firm
- Name of the Point of Contact for the Firm

- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Step 2: Aspida will confirm that the setup is complete and reply to you with your ByAllAccounts Authorization ID.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: ByAllAccounts Authorization ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one ByAllAccounts Authorization ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
