Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisitesThis service uses J.P. Morgan Private Bank's feed prepared for Morningstar ByAllAccounts to obtain account data.
- Advisors/Firms must have an established relationship with J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
- Eligible Private Bank accounts begin with a letter and are 9 characters long.
Step 1: Advisor/Firm must contact J.P. Morgan's DATAG Team at [email protected] to request their data be added to Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
- The J.P. Morgan DATAG Team will work with the Advisor to complete any required paperwork.
- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Step 2: Once completed, J.P. Morgan will notify the Advisor/Firm and copy ByAllAccounts, including the File Prefix Name, which is used to configure the data within Morningstar ByAllAccounts.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: File Prefix Name
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one Advisor Profile, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.

JPMorgan feeds are standardized to only send data when it is available. If there are no pending/settled transactions, there will be no transaction file.
