Feed access pre-requisites

• Accounts held here consist of 11 digits and begin with a number (primarily starts with 1).
• These accounts typically do not hold global currencies and are USD based.
• Global Wealth Management accounts are not supported by BNY for feed access at this time.
• This connection is for Individual Investors. Financial Professionals should click here.

Step 1: Individual Investors should contact the Customer Service Representative at BNY Mellon and request to get setup with daily file extracts on the Morningstar ByAllAccounts direct feed.

Step 2: BNY Mellon will confirm feed setup completion and provide a FTP ID directly to the Individual Investor.

The FTP ID is required to configure your accounts at Morningstar.

Step 3: Individual Investor must submit a Feed Setup Request to Morningstar ByAllAccounts.

• E-mail Subject: BNY Mellon Wealth Management - Client Access - SFTP -- Feed Setup Request -- Requestor Name
• E-mail Body: Include the following details in the e-mail body:
  • Requestor Name:
  • Requestor Email Address:
  • Platform Provider:
  • BNY FTP ID:

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in Morningstar and aggregate accounts.
