Requirements

To perform the migration from CI Desktop to CI SaaS:

  • You must have confirmed a migration date with the ByAllAccounts team.

  • Your firm must have CI SaaS Universal enabled in AccountView. The ByAllAccounts team will enable this capability at the time of scheduled migration.

  • As Data Administrator you should be familiar with working directly in the Windows file system in order to run the migration utility to extract the CI Desktop translation and configuration files.

  • You have reviewed the migration instructions in Migration Steps and Best Practices

  • You need the username and password to access the migration utility download. We will provide them to you.
