To perform the migration from CI Desktop to CI SaaS:
You must have confirmed a migration date with the ByAllAccounts team.
Your firm must have CI SaaS Universal enabled in AccountView. The ByAllAccounts team will enable this capability at the time of scheduled migration.
As Data Administrator you should be familiar with working directly in the Windows file system in order to run the migration utility to extract the CI Desktop translation and configuration files.
You have reviewed the migration instructions in Migration Steps and Best Practices
You need the username and password to access the migration utility download. We will provide them to you.
