Data Provider Support Post Go-Live
When implementation is complete, financial data providers will go into our Data Integration Services Support model.
If any issues pertaining to file delivery, data or operations arise on the data provider side, they will reach out to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts Custodial Operations Team.
If any issues are detected on the ByAllAccounts side (e.g. new IP addresses needing whitelisting), the same Custodial Operations team will reach out to the data providers.
What if an Investor/Advisor Has an Issue?
If customers (investor/advisors), who are consuming the data provider's financial account data through the ByAllAccounts distribution network, run into any issues after their accounts have been added to our system, please have them reach out to their established support channels.
