Feed access pre-requisites
This feed supports BOK Financial Trust platform accounts.

For Banking/Deposit accounts, please use BOK Financial TreasurySource - SFTP Access.

BOK Financial requires Account Owners to submit a feed setup request.

Third-party service providers must work through the BOK Financial account owner(s), who must contact their BOK Relationship Manager to request inclusion in the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed and authorize data sharing with the third party.

Step 1: Account Owners are required to contact their BOK Relationship Manager (RM) to request inclusion of their data in the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed for sharing with a specified third-party service provider.

Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
BOK will facilitate adding the necessary attributes to the portfolios/accounts to ensure they are part of the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: Upon completion, your BOK Financial Relationship Manager will confirm and issue an Advisor ID (this detail is required for configuring the data at BAA).

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: Advisor ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one Advisor ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
