Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Advisors/firms should contact their Truist relationship manager/representative and request access to BAI file extracts via a new SFTP account.
Step 2: Once the setup is complete, Truist will provide you with your SFTP access credentials.
- Truist will provide the STFP credentials to the advisor directly. ByAllAccounts is not involved in this process.
- Truist will post files for the advisor to access on https://onlinecourier.truist.com/.
Step 3: Enter your Truist access credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

- Password: Provided by Truist
