Onboarding Instructions

This service uses Goldman Sachs' FTP server to obtain data for Private Banking accounts.

Step 1: Advisors/third party managers should contact their Goldman Sachs Representative and request that client's data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed. The Goldman Sachs Representative will provide the required paperwork with instructions for completion.

Goldman Sachs may require Third Party information:
- Name: Morningstar ByAllAccounts

Step 2: Goldman Sachs will setup the data under a new set of files named for the Counter Party/Customer ID.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: Counter Party/Customer ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one Counter Party/Customer ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
