Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Advisors must contact [email protected] to request getting added to Morningstar ByAllAccounts direct feed.
- Wells Fargo may require additional paperwork to be completed.
- Wells Fargo may request a list of the accounts to verify that they are eligible for the feed.
- The Advisor may be required to involve their clients for signatures depending on what paperwork WF already has in place for these relationships.
- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Step 2: Once the feed setup is complete, Wells Fargo will provide a confirmation to the Advisor and ByAllAccounts of the Sub Firm and Financial Advisor Number
- ByAllAccounts requires the Sub Firm and Financial Advisor Number to complete data configuration in their system.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
- Please enter the SubFirmID/RepID in AccountView in the following format: "###/###".
Feed credential details
- Username: SubFirmID/RepID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one SubFirmID/RepID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
