Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisitesThis service uses Nationwide's SFTP server to obtain advisory life account information. Advisors/Firms must have a registered relationship with Nationwide.
Step 1: Contact your Nationwide Life Sales Rep and request that data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
Step 2: Nationwide will work with the Advisor/Firm to get data linked to an Associate Firm ID (required to configure data at Morningstar ByAllAccounts), confirm completion, and copy Morningstar ByAllAccounts ([email protected]).
Step 3: Email [email protected] to request feed setup and share this Associate Firm ID along with the additional required information listed below.

Step 4: Once the setup is complete, Nationwide will notify ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter your feed credentials in AccountView to aggregate your accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Associated Firm ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one Associate Firm ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
