Feed access pre-requisites

This service uses Nationwide's SFTP server to obtain advisory life account information. Advisors/Firms must have a registered relationship with Nationwide.

Step 1: Contact your Nationwide Life Sales Rep and request that data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: Nationwide will work with the Advisor/Firm to get data linked to an Associate Firm ID (required to configure data at Morningstar ByAllAccounts), confirm completion, and copy Morningstar ByAllAccounts ([email protected]).

Step 3: Email [email protected] to request feed setup and share this Associate Firm ID along with the additional required information listed below.

Step 4: Once the setup is complete, Nationwide will notify ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter your feed credentials in AccountView to aggregate your accounts.

Feed credential details
  • Username: Associated Firm ID
  • Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
  • If you have more than one Associate Firm ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
