Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisites
This feed is for Advisors with managing discretion of Pacific Life Annuity business.
Step 1: Reach out to Pacific Life and request that your accounts be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
Contact details
- Email [email protected]
- Specify if the request is for Firm- or Advisor-level data
- Include the following information:
- Firm Name
- Advisor Name and E-mail Address
- CRD Number
- Advisor Number (if requesting Advisor-level data)
Step 2: Once the setup is complete, Pacific Life will provide you with your assigned Persona ID (sometimes referred to as Unique ID).
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter your feed credentials in AccountView to aggregate your accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Persona ID (sometimes referred to as Unique ID)
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in Step 4
- If you have more than one Persona ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
