Onboarding Instructions
Feed access pre-requisitesThis service uses Morningstar's SFTP server to download institutional account information sent via Deutsche Bank in daily file extracts. Parties must have a registered relationship with Deutsche Bank.
Step 1: Advisors should contact their Relationship Manager at Deutsche Bank and copy [email protected] to request their data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
Step 2: Deutsche Bank will notify the Advisor and copy [email protected] once the feed setup is complete and provide a Routing Code to identify the data files.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Routing Code
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one Routing Code, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
