Feed access pre-requisites
- Users must have an established relationship with Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA).
- This feed supports Trust accounts with 6-12 digit account numbers only.
- For brokerage accounts, please review the available Wells Fargo Advisors feeds on our Advisor Feed Onboarding Hub.
- NOTE: It may take up to two weeks for Wells Fargo to setup this feed.
Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Advisors and/or firms must e-mail [email protected] to request that their trust account data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed, UID 340922.
Please include the following in your request:
- Firm Name: Provide the name of the firm that will receive the feed.
- Required Files: Request all four files: POS, PND, TRN, and LOT.
- File Format: Specify that all files must be provided in CSV format.
- Account List: WFA may request a list of accounts to verify eligibility.
- Contact Information: Provide the designated contact’s name and email address for setup coordination.
- Additional Documentation: WFA may require additional documentation or completed forms.
- Ensure to CC [email protected] on your request email to ensure increased visibility.
Step 2: Once the feed setup is complete, WFA will create the File Name based on the firm name and share it with the requestor and ByAllAccounts to complete data configuration.
- ByAllAccounts requires the File Name to complete data configuration in their system.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: File Name
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one File Name, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
