Onboarding Instructions
This feed is available only to advisors and firms with an established relationship with Lincoln Financial Group RIA Annuities - SFTP Access must be enabled by Lincoln Financial Group before ByAllAccounts can complete the feed setup.
Step 1: Request Lincoln Financial Group to add your accounts to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

- Specify if the request is for Firm- or Advisor-level data
- For Firm-level data, note 'Entire Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)' and include:
- RIA Legal Name and TIN
- A sample contract number
- For Advisor-level data, note 'Investment Advisory Representative (IAR) Only' and include:
- IAR's Name
- RIA's Legal Name
- Either a sample contract number or the IAR's SSN
Step 2: Once the setup is complete, Lincoln Financial Group will provide you with your assigned ID.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: Once the setup is complete, Lincoln Financial Group will notify ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter your feed credentials in AccountView to aggregate your accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: Assigned Lincoln Financial Group ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
