Feed access pre-requisites

Step 1: Contact your your Bank of Oklahoma (BOK) representative and request your data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
The BOK representative will facilitate adding the necessary attributes to the portfolios/accounts to ensure they are part of the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: Upon completion, BOK will confirm and issue an Advisor ID (this detail is required for configuring the data at BAA).

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts Password Email Sender	[email protected]
ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: Advisor ID
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one Advisor ID, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
