Hilltop Securities - FTP

Onboarding Instructions

This service uses Hilltop Securities' FTP server (https://ftp.hilltopsecurities.com/) to access daily file extracts.

Step 1: Contact your Hilltop Securities Relationship Manager (RM) to request access to the daily file extracts via Hilltop’s FTP server. When submitting the request, please specify the following files:

• Daily Full Account files
  • The standard setup provides Delta Daily Account files, which are not supported.
• Account/Client Profile (Name, Address, SSN, etc.)

Step 2: The Hilltop RM will assist the with completing a new user setup request form and provide you with credentials.

• ByAllAccounts is not involved in the credential assignment process.

Step 3: Enter your Hilltop Securities - FTP credentials in Account View and aggregate accounts.
