Feed access pre-requisites
- This feed supports Plan-affiliated Advisors who are already established within T. Rowe Price’s record keeping systems. The data feed includes all clients and participants associated with the Plan-affiliated Advisor.
- Plan Sponsor authorization may be required. T. Rowe Price will provide specific requirements upon Advisor request.
- This feed supports Rep-level access data only.
- For Firm-level access, please use T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan - Firm Access - SFTP Access.
Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Complete the T. Rowe Price ByAllAccounts Request and Authorization Form.
- This form must be completed via DocuSign and will be submitted directly to T. Rowe Price.
Step 2: Upon completion of the request, T. Rowe Price will confirm by returning the completed request form to the requestor with the ByAllAccounts Authorization ID added, and copying Morningstar ByAllAccounts.
- The ByAllAccounts Authorization ID is required for configuring data at BAA.
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: ByAllAccounts Authorization ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one office code/symbol, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
