Feed Personas: Advisors/Reps
Feed access pre-requisites
- This feed supports Plan-affiliated Advisors who are already established within T. Rowe Price’s record keeping systems. The data feed includes all clients and participants associated with the Plan-affiliated Advisor.
- Plan Sponsor authorization may be required. T. Rowe Price will provide specific requirements upon Advisor request.
Onboarding Instructions
Step 1: Contact your T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan representative and request your accounts to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
- T. Rowe Price will require you to complete a ByAllAccounts Request Form.
- Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.
Step 2: Upon completion of the request, T. Rowe Price will confirm by returning the completed request form to the requestor with the ByAllAccounts Authorization ID added, and copying Morningstar ByAllAccounts.
- The ByAllAccounts Authorization ID is required for configuring the data at BA
Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.
Feed credential details
- Username: ByAllAccounts Authorization ID
- Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
- If you have more than one office code/symbol, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
