Onboarding Instructions

Feed access pre-requisites

If you are a Custody Client/Advisor who would like to access this feed and receive rep-level data, you need to first have a Data Share Authorization on file with GSAS. If you do not have this, please contact [email protected] to obtain and complete the necessary form.

If you are an SMA Manager, your firm needs to have a Third-Party Agent Supplement and Authorization on file with GSAS. If you do not have this, please contact your GSAS Relationship Manager to obtain and complete the necessary form.

For access to Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions accounts at the entire firm level, please refer to the Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions - Firm Access - SFTP feed. For access to Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions accounts at the Branch level, please refer to the Goldman Sachs Advisor Solutions - Branch Access - SFTP feed.

Step 1: Contact GSAS and request your firm’s accounts to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts data feed.

- Email [email protected]
- Include “Attn: Data Feeds” in the email subject line
For SMA Managers
- Contact your GSAS Relationship Manager for this request
- Include “SMA Data Feed Request” in the email subject line
Ensure you cc [email protected] in your request email for increased visibility.

Step 2: Once the setup is complete, GSAS will provide you with your assigned Firm Routing Code. Then, if you would like to access rep-level data, please also source your Branch Code and Rep Code and share both of these values in step 3 as described in the GSAS Extended Rep Code field.

Step 3: Submit the Feed Setup Form in AccountView.

Step 4: Once the setup is complete, GSAS will notify ByAllAccounts. ByAllAccounts will complete the final configurations and share the feed password.

ByAllAccounts SalesForce Case Number	This is the reference number you will have received to track your request after completing step 3.

Step 5: Enter feed credentials in AccountView and aggregate accounts.

Feed credential details

Username: GSAS Extended Rep Code
Password: Shared by ByAllAccounts via email in step 4
If you have more than one GSAS Extended Rep Code, you need to create multiple credentials. These will share the same password unless noted otherwise.
