Capital Group American Funds - Individual Investor: Important Information for Linking Accounts

Capital Group’s Website Update & Impact on Linked Accounts:
Capital Group American Funds will only support third-party access for individual investor accounts through an open banking connection when they launch their new website. In order to use the open banking connection, users must be enrolled in Capital Group American Funds’ updated website.
Capital Group American will be rolling out the new experience to investors in phases over the coming months. To learn more about the Capital Group website launch, please click here.
Action Required:
Starting on July 2, 2026, please reauthorize your Capital Group American Funds - Individual Investor - Legacy accounts to ensure uninterrupted access. Without reauthorization, account data will stop updating. To ensure accurate reporting, it is critical to complete the reauthorization steps as soon as possible.
