Migration to CI SaaS Universal will be completed in phases, and is mandatory.

Phase 1

  • Feb 18th - initial email announcement sent to all customers using CI Universal.
    • If you have not already done so, please complete this brief survey, to provide the information needed for scheduling your migration.

  • March 1st - Early access migrations will begin.
    • If you run CI no more than once per day, and only export data in the scope of a single ByAllAccounts Advisor, please contact ByAllAccounts Support to participate in early access. The Support team can be reached by phone at +1 866-856-4951 or email: byallaccounts-support@morningstar.com.

Phase 2

  • Second quarter of 2025 - Migration of all customers performing exports in the scope of a single ByAllAccounts Advisor.
    • Additional communication with be sent to customers in the second quarter with details to schedule the migration.

Phase 3

  • Second half of 2025 - Multi-Advisor (firm-level export) will be supported, and migration of all remaining BAA customers will be required at this time.
